Small electronic products covered by the Circuit City Protection Plan are supposed to be taken to the nearest Circuit City store for repairs. Where am I supposed to take it when there are no more Circuit City stores?

I had just bought a 8 gb iPod touch for $229.99 at circuit city. That was until I found a cheaper 16gb model at a different store. I did open it and synced it but could I can just restore and say I didn’t open it? If I say I opened it will there be a restocking fee?

So tell me, why is circuit city who has filed for bankruptcy sponsoring NFL games, and has non stop commercials on, yet is closing stores and has filed for bankruptcy? How the heck does that work? If they have no money, how are they paying for advertising?
