I have always had trouble finding a comfortable position to sleep. I have a bad shoulder that gets sore, and many times I wake up with a sore neck. I am wondering whether a Memory Foam Wedge pillow would work better for me than a regular pillow, but they are a little expensive so I haven’t gotten around to buying one yet. Can anyone tell me whether or not these are really more comfortable? I could really use some more sleep, and I figure if I didn’t wake up so often in the middle of the night I would be more rested in the morning.
