I have a twenty five year old dutch oven.  It’s LeCreuset.  I must have used it at least a thousand times over the past twenty five years, it’s well worn and well loved.  It’s time for me to replace this Dutch oven cookware with another piece.  I’m going to stick with my LeCreuset because I plan to replace other pieces of LeCreuset that I bought when I bought the original set. I like to cook and don’t want to settle for cookware that I know won’t work as well as what I use now.
