circuit city
ArEkAy asked:

Well I’ve had the PS3 for more than a year. I have the warranty and the receipt. Can I get a replacement PS3 from Circuit City? What do I need to return? Just the PS3 or everything that came with it? It was a 40 gig.

If you didn’t purchase the protection plan, you may be out of luck, and will have to send directly to manufacturer to fix.

did you buy an extended warranty? like 2 years or so? if so, then yes.. bring everything but back-up your files.

For how long was the warranty valid? If for two years or more than that, then you will be fine. If it was valid for only a year, then you can’t. But just so you know, a warranty only allows you to replace things, and not return it. Just return everything that was in the box, don’t return any additional accessories or games…

    Hope I helped you
