Does it look like a buyer will purchase Circuit City for a good price?

With Circuit City stock around .25 cents a share and needing a revamp. It seems there will be a Private buyer who will buy it with in next 6 months. Which means big returns if you own stock in it. Looks like now is the time to buy into CC, with the price so low it will only go up.
