What happens to my fire dog protection now that circuit city is closing?

Ok, I live in georgia and circuit city just announced that they are closing all of the locations in this state. Now I just bought a laptop from there like 3 or 4 months ago and I purchased there fire dog protection. Dose any one know what will happen to it now? Will I just be able to send my computer off some where, can I get a refund on it? What!

    I would say they would still have to honor it call the number on there and see?thats why i never buy extended waranties…they are NOT worth it.
    I bought some for ipods off walmart and they think of every excuse not to honor it once you need it.But they are great at collectiing the money
    AND THEY DIDNT.

    According to a letter from the CEO on the circuit city website, Firedog is a third-party company. Circuit City doesn’t own Firedog so nothing will happen, you will just have to have everything go through firedog instead of circuit city.
