Will Circuit City refund my money for my broken iriver T10 without a warranty?

    No. You are no longer under warranty. They will tell you to purchase a new one.

    Probably not. =( Because there’s no way for you to prove that it didn’t break more recently, and you didn’t take it in before the warranty ran out, they most likely won’t take it back or even offer free repairs. They may repair it or ship it off to be repaired for a cost, though.

    It’s worth taking it in and asking about it.
